Lunchamunch

I decided to run with my dog today - poor decision. She almost knocked me over twice. Alas, my mile time went down. Still, jog/walked 2.15 miles in 30 minutes!!

Day 2!




Bfast: non-fat strawberry Greek yogurt; green tea! Lunch: another monster salad. Dinner: will be back in Waco - so most likely salmon & some sort of veggies! I'll log my active trainer stuff after I run!!
