I did Bikram at 5:30 this morning & I am SO GLAD that I did!! I should have gone to bed earlier, though, cause I'm exhausted at work - but it's a great feeling to know I burned 715 calories before the sun came up!!
Breakfast so far was a banana with peanut butter + Gatorade G2!!
My break is at 10:30, so I will be eating more/taking a nap then.
