Back on Track!!! (Thanks to Kat!)

Breakfast: Oatmeal Flax Kashi Cookie (kinda like the power cookie) + hot green tea!!

Lunch: Sandwich (rotisserie style deli meat, provolone cheese, whole wheat bread round) + baby carrots + valentine's cookie.. Haha.

Dinner: Mesquite grilled chicken salad + light Italian dressing + feta cheese + hot green tea + WATER

Workout: jog/walk for 30 minutes using's "From Couch to 5K Trainer" app for the iPhone!
