Couch to 5K - post

So I didn't completely finish the 30 minutes - did about 25. Which is a start none the less! Day 1 workout will be repeated tomorrow, hopefully with a completion!

Breakfast for the past week:
Strawberry Activia
Coffee (folgers or sometimes shipley's depending on if I forget to make coffee)

Lunch has been either:
A) Turkey sandwich + apple sauce
B) Salad with chicken + apple sauce

Dinner has varied?
One night I cooked for Tom & myself
One night Debbie's boyfriend made us dinner
One night I made an omelette


It all just depends on how much time I have!!

Mmmmm vacation

I spent the weekend/early week in Idaho with Tom - surprisingly I did pretty well on the eating thing!

When I got in, Tom and I made soup & had wine (haha classy I know). The next morning we went to breakfast - I had a breakfast wrap and small "guiltless mocha." We went out to a lovely place for sushi and I had the New Year roll (spicy tuna yummmm). We drove to McCall that night to his family's cabin. In the morning we woke up and went to coffee (soy chai latte), then Tom made breakfast back at the cabin (not so "guiltless" but AMAZING scrambled eggs, strawberries, cream of wheat and more coffee). For dinner that night (we skipped lunch cause we were boating) we had brisket, fruit & veggies, & an array of great snacks then we hit the boat again with Mike & Karina to go watch the fireworks.

On the 5th, we did couples breakfast at the Fogg Lifter (I had poached eggs, fruit & cottage cheese). We did lunch at the cabin and then dinner at a pizza place (not so healthy). Unfortunately my flight on the 6th was at 6:30 so we didn't have time for breakfast :( I did pretty poorly at lunch/dinner back in Texas but tomorrow is a new day!!

Ahhh

I've been running around everywhere today! Almost 100% moved out of the Kappa Chi Corral, which is sad :( I'm going to miss living with Hannah!!

500 crunches down. Who woulda thought THAT was possible?!

I had a 16oz. Strawberry Nirvana from Jamba Juice for a snack today, yummy :)

I started my brother's abs workout yesterday (250 crunches last night). Crazy right?! He wants me to do 1,000 crunches a day, which I thought was INSANE?! But after doing 250 last night, I can SO do this.

I already did my first 250 this morning, it's almost time for my second set. Then two more sets tonight! I've got this y'all ;)

Happiness for the day:
38 days until I get to go to McCall!! I am SO excited to see him. Thirty. Eight. Days. So doable. EVERYTHING is doable right now :)
