Bikram 2!

I did Bikram at 5:30 this morning & I am SO GLAD that I did!! I should have gone to bed earlier, though, cause I'm exhausted at work - but it's a great feeling to know I burned 715 calories before the sun came up!!



Breakfast so far was a banana with peanut butter + Gatorade G2!!

My break is at 10:30, so I will be eating more/taking a nap then.

HOLY. BIKRAM.

I am SO HOOKED!!!! The first 20-30 minutes were pretty miserable, but by the end of the hour & a half class, I felt PHENOMENAL!!!!

I ate a banana & high fiber maple sugar oatmeal for breakfast after. Just had a bigggg salad with black beans, chicken & light ranch. Now I'm eating "dessert" which is the dark mocha almond kashi bar.

I FEEL SO GOOD TODAY!!!

Tummy Issues :(

As of late - I've been having some pretty horrible digestive problems (this is SOOOO tmi sorry). Long story short, I'm really having to change my diet. This is a GREAT thing because I've severely strayed from my typical healthy eating patterns!

Due to the medication I'm on, I'm having to cut out a lot of dairy - which I'm okay with! Acidic foods also make it worse; for example, whole apples are PAINFUL to eat. Yet, apple sauce is good to go! This is a strange learning process but we'll see what happens!

In other news:
I'M STARTING BIKRAM CLASSES TOMORROW!!!!!! I'm so nervous & excited, it's like Christmas in July!!! Thanks to Ashlee, I found no excuse NOT to do it. Tomorrow is day 1 for the next month of my daily classes :)

It's been so LONG

Ahhh summertime, which means perfect time to focus on dieting!

Starting over today (except I forgot my lunch and I am currently starving...)!

I had scrambled eggs + a fiber plus English muffin for breakfast!
